    You will be responsible for providing thought leadership growing our existing Cybersecurity Testing and Certification competency including all aspects of offensive security testing processes, tools, techniques and reporting. You will provide leadership and mentor a highly collaborative group of offensive security consultants that will provide testing services for applications, infrastructure, IoT/embedded devices and adversarial simulation testing. Your deep understanding and previous experience delivering in two or more offensive security domains, testing methodologies, tools, exploit development, and reporting will enable effective leadership and vision. You should have direct experience and effectiveness communicating across all tiers… from technologists to the ‘C’ suite.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Required Skills:

    • Oversee, manage and drive the North American Cybersecurity Testing & Certification Service Portfolio.
    • Drive innovation by incorporating new technologies, tools and ideas to ensure that the Cybersecurity Testing & Certification line is evolving to meet the ever-changing client needs.
    • Apply experience and knowledge to support service offerings relating to: Applications, Infrastructure, IoT/Embedded Devices and Adversarial Simulation
    • Lead Cybersecurity Testing team, delivering both project based work and managed testing services, according to best practices, maintaining a standard of the highest quality & confidentiality
    • Maintain metrics and supporting analytics to measure the service line performance. Prepare and disseminate performance reports to Senior and Executive-level management.
    • Develop internal and external messaging for services across key industries and support Inbound and Outbound marketing activities.
    • Create sales enablement tools and engage the sales teams while maintaining 3-5 strategic customer relationships, as well as a list of referenceable customers by vertical.
    • Be accountable for achieving sales pipeline, order entry, and gross margin targets.
    • Develop delivery enablement tools and engage the delivery teams, assuring quality of service delivery and organizational capability and capacity against market demand.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong verbal & written communication skills
    • Strong critical thinking and group facilitation skills, specifically in large or complex problem settings
    • 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Testing or Offensive Security
    • 5+ years of experience leading a high performing an Offensive Security Testing Team
    • Demonstrated ability to attract and develop talent
    • Industry or sector leadership in designing and improving the field of Cybersecurity Testing
    • Awareness of industry trends and developments
    • Change agent with ability to drive accountability & outcomes across a diverse landscape
    • Strong business acumen & successful track record in aligning with customers
    • A strong cross-functional team player with ability to lead and coach others in a matrix structure, across time zone and national boundaries
    • Strong computer skills in MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio
    • Highly preferred to have OSCP or other offensive security certifications
    • Highly preferred to have previous experience in any of the following: architecture, operations, policy, processes, standards, organizational design, governance, change management, quality assurance, enabling technology, risk management, incident detection & response
    • Process/Methodology knowledge including Lean Engineering, Agile, Scrum, DevOps
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS Deployments highly preferred

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

    Preferred Education:

     

    Highly preferred to have OSCP or other offensive security certifications

     

    Travel Required:

     

    Up to 50%
