    TUV Rheinland OpenSky is seeking a Citrix NetScaler Engineer for our client based in western Massachusetts. The consultant will provide support for the client’s NetScaler infrastructure and the Citrix infrastructure that powers several key client high-availability applications. The client strongly prefers on-site presence for at least part of each week and for support of critical change activity in support of the environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Support for the client NetScaler Infrastructure, including vendor interaction and maintenance/upgrades as required.
    • Support for the client’s Citrix infrastructure, including troubleshooting, vendor contact, environment upgrades and maintenance as required.

    Required Skills:

     

    • Two or more years of hands-on support for NetScaler infrastructure in a high-availability setting
    • Two or more years of experience working with Citrix infrastructure including design, implementation and support responsibilities
    • Experience in administration in a Windows Server environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills (especially verbal)

    Preferred Skills:

     

    • Citrix infrastructure (XenApp, XenDesktop)
    • NetScaler support background (in a high-availability production environment)

     

    Required Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

     

    Preferred Education:

     Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V, CCP-N)

     

    Travel Required:

    Up to 50%
