About the Opportunity
One of our larger clients is looking for a Cisco Network Engineer for a six month engagement. The consultant will work with the client's existing Network Engineering team to provide support for an established corporate network built in large part on Cisco routers and switches and Checkpoint firewalls. The role will involve providing support for various network engineering requests and projects. It is preferred by the client that the consultant is local to one of the client data centers in Phoenix AZ or Hartford CT. The client is developing plans to migrate some of its applications to a cloud platform, and some amount of this engagement is expected to be spent in support of these requirements as they are developed. Significant time will also be devoted to support of the client's extensive data network, providing engineering support for both project requirements and support requests as these are generated by the client's business areas.
